Cathie: Cathie has recently transitioned out of serving on the leadership team of NextLEVEL Leadership and continues to facilitate leadership development for women nationally and internationally, most recently at World Vision, and in Ghana, West Africa. Her strengths are speaking, teaching, creating facilitating collaborative conversations, change management, fierce conversations, power, team, and systems thinking,large and small-scale event planning. Her passion is authentic living from the core – and she encourages both women and men to find their rhythm in both life and leadership. Through coaching and mentoring she desires to impart life principles as well as focus on spiritual disciplines as the foundation for all growth.
